As a board member of the World Trade Center Miami since 2023 and the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, Teresa Foxx contributes to economic development and tourism promotion in South Florida. She is a Past Chair of the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce and Florida International Bankers Association, where she advanced education and guidance for international bankers. Her leadership strengthens Miami's position as a hub for Latin American finance and trade.

Teresa P. Foxx is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience managing regulated banking and brokerage entities in Miami. She previously led Barclays' Miami Bank Branch and Broker Dealer, overseeing money market trading, fixed income sales, corporate banking, and operations for over 300 institutions across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Southeast U.S. In 2020, she was appointed COO for Banco de Credito e Inversiones Miami Branch (BciM) and BCI Securities (BciS), where she leads loan operations, wires, documentation, administration, client services, and finance teams for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Her career highlights include developing strategic plans, policies, and budgets that achieved cost efficiencies and operational excellence. Deeply connected to Miami since moving there in 2004 to head Barclays' local office, she remains actively involved in key regional organizations. Currently, she executes transformational goals as COO aligned with BciM's objectives.
