Tere Blanca founded Blanca Commercial Real Estate in 2009 after identifying a market need for personalized local commercial real estate advisory services. She brings over 35 years of real estate experience, having previously served as Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield of Florida leading the South Florida region, and as Senior Vice President at Codina Realty Services/ONCOR International where she was consistently among top producers during a 14-year tenure. Under her progressive leadership, Blanca Commercial Real Estate has grown to over 50 professionals across three Southeast Florida offices and is recognized as one of the top commercial real estate brokerage firms in Florida. She has participated in and led significant lease transactions and development projects involving over 17 million square feet of office space, ranging from land acquisition through master planning, design, construction, and sale of office and mixed-use assets. Her decision to launch the firm during the 2008 financial crisis was motivated by personal reflection following her mother's death in 2007. She resides in Miami with her husband and two daughters.
