Paulo Passoni began his career at Morgan Stanley in Brazil handling M&A transactions, later earning a joint degree from Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School. He advanced through roles at Eton Park, Third Point as Managing Director for Emerging Markets, and SoftBank as Managing Investment Partner for LatAm Funds, scaling the team from 7 to 60 professionals and investing in nearly 80 growth companies. Now at Valor Capital Group in New York, he leads the Growth Equity business focusing on tech, private equity, credit, and real estate. His Miami connection stems from keynoting at eMerge Americas and Innovation Week, major South Florida tech events positioning Miami as a hub for the Americas.
