Radio Host and Anchor
Conexión con Miami
Pérez Castellón has been a defining voice of the Cuban exile community in Miami, influencing local and federal elections through her platform at Radio Mambí, including the 2004 presidential election. She organized campaigns supporting Cuban political prisoners from Miami and married Roberto Martín Pérez, a former Cuban political prisoner who spent over 25 years in Castro's prisons. Her work helped establish South Florida's Cuban-American community as a decisive political voting bloc in national politics.
