Martín Migoya, an electronic engineer from Universidad Nacional de La Plata and MBA graduate from UCEMA, co-founded Globant in Buenos Aires in 2003 amid Argentina's economic crisis. He has served as Chairman and CEO since 2005, driving the company's expansion to over 30,000 employees across 30+ countries and its 2014 NYSE IPO as the first Latin American tech firm to achieve this. Migoya has received awards like Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2013) and CEO of the Year from El Cronista (2019), and lectures at MIT and Harvard. Globant established a presence in Miami in 2021, acquiring local fintech Blankfactor to bolster financial services. He remains active as an Endeavor Argentina board member and manager of Enigma.art LLC.
