Rosenberg has expanded CSE's partnerships across Florida law enforcement, medical examiners, and emergency agencies, providing critical support to families and first responders during crisis situations. He provides training and briefings to federal, state, and local agencies on cultural sensitivity, hate-crime awareness, and inter-agency coordination, strengthening trust between government agencies and diverse faith-based communities throughout South Florida.

Rabbi Mark Rosenberg relocated to South Florida in 2007 after serving as a law enforcement chaplain with the NYPD in New York. He now serves as Senior Advisor and Chief Chaplain to the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office, Chief Chaplain to the Florida Highway Patrol and Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and Senior Chaplain to the North Miami Beach Police Department. He is Director of Chesed Shel Emes (CSE), a national nonprofit specializing in emergency response, recovery, and crisis support. Rosenberg is also Chairman of the Miami-Dade Interfaith Advisory Board and has testified before the U.S. Senate on antisemitism and hate speech awareness.
