Joshua Michael Richardson was born on September 15, 1993, and is a 6-foot-6 shooting guard from Edmond, Oklahoma. He played college basketball for the Tennessee Volunteers, earning first-team all-conference honors in the SEC as a senior in 2015. Richardson was selected 40th overall by the Miami Heat in the 2015 NBA draft and has since played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Dallas Mavericks, Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs, and New Orleans Pelicans. He signed with the Miami Heat again on July 2, 2023, before being traded to the Utah Jazz in February 2025.
