Jeffrey Brana is a celebrated chef in South Florida who gained recognition in 2004 as a Starchefs Rising Star while working at Norman's Restaurant. He and his wife Anna co-founded Restaurant Brana in Coral Gables, which received rave reviews before closing. Beyond his restaurant ventures, Brana has expanded his expertise by opening restaurants outside of Florida and has returned to South Florida where he now leads the Brana Food Group based in Coral Gables. He is actively involved in culinary education and community engagement, particularly in promoting locally-grown ingredients and sustainable food practices.
