Greg West joined ZOM Living in 1997 and has overseen all aspects of multifamily development, from site identification and due diligence to design, permitting, construction, business development, and investor relations. He has directly managed the development of over 20,000 multifamily units across the U.S. His Miami connection stems from leading ZOM's extensive projects in South Florida, including the 1,200-unit MiLine in unincorporated Miami-Dade and senior living communities in Coral Gables, Wellington, and West Palm Beach. West holds a BA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and two MS degrees from Texas A&M in Land Development and Construction Management. Currently, as CEO, he directs ZOM's pipeline of over 5,400 units under construction and in pre-development in Florida and other Sun Belt states.
