Daniel Schwartz is a prominent Miami-based business executive who joined 3G Capital in 2005, advancing to Partner in 2008 and Co-Managing Partner in 2019. He served as CFO of Burger King from 2010 to 2013, then as CEO from 2013 to 2019, during which he orchestrated major acquisitions including Tim Hortons in 2014 and Popeyes in 2017, creating Restaurant Brands International. As Co-Chairman of RBI from 2019 to 2022, he oversaw the acquisition of Firehouse Subs in 2021. He continues to lead high-impact investments at 3G Capital, including the 2021 acquisition of Hunter Douglas, and remains a board member of multiple major corporations. Schwartz is a Cornell University graduate who maintains ties to his alma mater through the Dyson School Advisory Council.
