Conexión con Miami
Menin and Crescent Heights kickstarted Miami's condo boom in the late 1980s by converting rental properties and hotels in South Beach and beyond into condominiums, catalyzing urban revitalization and boosting the municipal tax base through capital improvements. Recent landmarks like the record lease-up of Whole Foods-anchored Forma Miami in Edgewater and Five Park on South Beach have set standards for next-generation urban living with wellness-focused amenities and community programming. His developments, including 1212 Lincoln Road and Baptist Hospital at 709 Alton Road, have enhanced Miami's skyline and retail-hospitality sectors.
