Fuller has spearheaded the revitalization of Little Havana and Miami's urban core through Barlington Group's acquisition and restoration of historic properties, partnering with local entrepreneurs to establish businesses including Ball & Chain bar, Futurama Arts Marketplace, and The Tower Hotel. He serves as a Dade Heritage Trustee and President of Viernes Culturales, a nonprofit supporting arts and culture in Miami since 2000. His firm manages more than 400,000 square feet of property across Miami neighborhoods including Overtown, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana.

Bill Fuller is a Miami native who attended Florida State University and Emory University. In 2004, he partnered with Martin Pinilla II to launch Barlington Group, which has since acquired and redeveloped more than 50 commercial properties including multifamily, hotel, office, and retail spaces. Fuller has worked across all aspects of real estate including acquisitions, financing, development, and management. He is recognized as a pioneer in Little Havana revitalization and combines his passion for historic preservation with urban development. Fuller is married with three children and maintains deep roots in Miami's entrepreneurial community.
