Starting in 1968, Tony Goldman built Goldman Properties by redeveloping 15 Upper West Side buildings in Manhattan, then masterminded SoHo's cast-iron loft revival from 1977-1984 with 18 renovated properties and new eateries that ignited a creative boom. Drawn to Miami Beach in the 1980s, he restored 18 Art Deco gems on Ocean Drive, catalyzing South Beach's ascent as a pedestrian haven and international draw. His bold 2007 Wynwood pivot acquired warehouses for the Wynwood Walls, now America's largest outdoor street art showcase with over 40 murals pulling millions of visitors annually. Family-led today by co-chairs Jessica Goldman Srebnick and Joey Goldman, the firm honors him via The Tony Hotel South Beach rename and a $1.5 million University of Miami endowment for real estate urbanism.
