Alongside partners Sonny Kahn and Bruce Menin, Galbut spearheaded the 48-story Five Park condo tower in Miami Beach, finalized in late 2025 on a site held since 2004, and the 51-story Gale Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami, both with construction loans fully repaid. His team is advancing a Live Local Act initiative in Edgewater next to the refinanced Forma Miami tower, featuring a 50-story building with 780 market-rate rentals and a 28-story structure offering 527 workforce housing units. Through GFO Investments, which he chairs, Galbut bid $52.3 million to redevelop Miami's historic Dade County Courthouse and proposed eight Miami Beach developments along Alton Road and Collins Avenue for density increases via workforce housing. Extending his vision seaward, he launched Crescent Seas floating luxury condos set for 2026 sales, drawing on decades of South Florida development expertise.
