Chairman and CEO
Cuban-born Paul Cejas, a certified public accountant, built his fortune through PLC Investments, acquiring a prime Lincoln Road block in 1997 for $14.5 million and now advancing a 217,000-square-foot multifamily complex with studios, one- and two-bedroom units, a pool deck, and ground-floor retail. During his 1998-2001 stint as U.S. Ambassador to Belgium under President Clinton, he honed global insights that fuel his South Florida ventures, including past board seats at IVAX Corporation and Mellon Financial. Back in Miami Beach, Cejas supports higher education as an emeritus trustee at the University of Miami—donating rare 18th- and 19th-century Cuban manuscripts to its Heritage Collection—and as a member of Florida International University's Dean’s Leadership Advisory Board. A dedicated Democratic donor, he continues shaping Miami's urban landscape from his base in the city.
