Jorge Mas joined the family business in 1984 and co-founded MasTec in 1994, evolving it into a powerhouse with over $12 billion in revenue, a record $19 billion backlog, and 35,000 employees across power, pipelines, telecom, and renewables. A cornerstone of Miami's business scene, he chairs the Cuban American National Foundation to promote Cuban democracy and sits on the FIFA Foundation board, amplifying soccer's role in community building. As Managing Owner of Inter Miami CF alongside David Beckham and brother José Mas, he oversees the transformative Miami Freedom Park project, including a 27,000-seat venue set to host 2026 FIFA World Cup matches and anchor long-term urban growth.
