Senior Lecturer
After completing his PhD at UCLA in 2009, Johansson advanced through postdoctoral positions at CEA Saclay and CERN, landing his current joint Senior Lecturer role at Uppsala University and Nordita in 2014. His work delves into ultraviolet finiteness of supergravity theories and innovative double-copy methods that recast gravity as squared gauge theories, highlighted by 2024 publications in Journal of High Energy Physics on non-compact gauge groups and Kerr black hole Compton amplitudes. The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation recognized his breakthroughs in color-kinematics duality with a 2013 Academy Fellowship. No professional connections link him to Miami or South Florida.
