Cuban-American producer Emilio Estefan co-founded Miami Sound Machine and secured 19 Grammy Awards by crafting hits for Gloria Estefan, Shakira, Ricky Martin, and Jennifer López, pioneering Latin pop's worldwide explosion. At Estefan Enterprises, he leads ventures spanning restaurants such as Larios on the Beach in Miami Beach and Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, plus hotels including the iconic Cardozo on Ocean Drive. His South Florida imprint extends to partial ownership in the Miami Dolphins and the Broadway hit On Your Feet!, rooted in his family's story. Recently, he executive-produced America’s Soundtrack for America250 and earned the 2026 Unity in Art and Life Award from Florida Grand Opera. Estefan also champions Latino heritage as second vice-chair of the National Museum of the American Latino commission.
