Principal of Tricap
Edelstein is renowned for spotting emerging markets early, like Wynwood's rise, and executing massive value-add flips such as the Miracle Mile Shops and W South Beach.
Over 25 years, Edelstein has led Tricap's landmark deals, including the $235 million acquisition and $1.1 billion resale of Las Vegas' Miracle Mile Shops, alongside developing and selling Miami Beach's W South Beach for over $400 million to Reuben Brothers. In Miami's Wynwood, he spearheaded an assemblage exceeding 500,000 square feet for mixed-use projects, such as a $13 million lot purchase with RAL Development for a $200 million office campus and the NoMad Residences sales launch with Related Group and LNDMRK. Tricap recently offloaded a 1.6-acre Wynwood parcel for $34 million to Moishe Mana, zoned for up to 857 residential units or hotel keys. Operating from New York, Edelstein also built a $1.5 billion tech-office portfolio in Seattle and Silicon Valley, anchored by tenants like Apple and Amazon.
