New World Symphony
The New World Symphony is America's premier orchestral academy, a post-graduate fellowship program training exceptionally talented classical musicians for leadership roles in orchestras worldwide. Co-founded in 1987 by Michael Tilson Thomas and Ted and Lin Arison, it is headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida, with the iconic Frank Gehry-designed New World Center opening in 2011 as a cultural beacon for South Florida.
