If New York and Tel Aviv’s outposts of this restaurant are any indication, this is a guaranteed wild ride of a restaurant, especially if you book a late seating: it’ll start off as a dinner and might just end up as a full-blown dance party. Israeli chef Eyah Shani is the mastermind behind HaSalon, and for the Miami location, Shani teamed up with the team behind Carbone and ZZ’s Clam Bar.
