Pedro Martin began his career as a real estate attorney at Greenberg Traurig, where he worked for 25 years representing financial institutions and developers in Miami and South Florida since the 1970s. In 2001, he co-founded Terra Group with David Martin, transitioning from law to lead the company's expansion as Owner, Chairman, and CEO. Under his leadership, Terra has developed nearly $2 billion in projects, including luxury condominiums, apartments, and commercial spaces across the region. His deep Miami roots and legal expertise have positioned him as a key figure in shaping South Florida's urban landscape. Currently, he oversees all aspects of Terra's operations, from capital raising to project execution.
