Born in 1981, Nick Arison grew up deeply connected to the Miami Heat, starting as a teenage towel boy, water boy, and floor mopper for the team founded by his grandfather Ted Arison. He graduated from Duke University in 2003 with a degree in public policy and a certificate in marketing and management, serving as head team manager for the Blue Devils basketball team under Coach Mike Krzyzewski. After college, he joined the Heat full-time in 2003, became alternate governor in 2005, and was promoted to CEO in 2011. His career also includes work with Team USA for the 2004 and 2008 Olympics and 2006 World Championships. Married to Jenna Arison since 2016, they reside in Miami with their two children. As CEO, he manages the organization's operations while Pat Riley handles basketball decisions.
