Mike Patrick Small began his career with management positions at IBM in Ontario, followed by an MBA in finance from Queens University. He advanced to executive roles in business process outsourcing and sales at major companies including Sitel Group, where he led a significant turnaround, VXI/Symbio Global Solutions in Los Angeles, Capgemini in the UK and Miami, and Hewlett Packard. Currently, as President of US Operations for Adecco, he oversees HR, financing, and integrates generative AI into operations while championing OneTen to boost employment for African Americans without four-year degrees. His Miami connection stems from prior work at Capgemini, with ongoing leadership in Skills for Change and Expect Miracles Foundation.
