Luis Castillo is a Senior Managing Director in JLL's Miami office within Capital Markets, Americas, focusing on the sale and capitalization of industrial assets. He joined JLL through the HFF acquisition and brings over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate investment advisory, starting as an analyst in 2004 after roles at Industry Capital Management and Arroyo & Coates. His career highlights include involvement in more than $7.5 billion of transactions across the Southeast. Deeply connected to Miami, he operates from the city's JLL office serving South Florida markets like Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Southwest Florida. He holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and Boston University. Currently, he leads as a key member of the Miami Investment Advisory Group.
