Miami Connection
Calderon transformed the Miami River District from an overlooked area into one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods through pioneering projects including Neo Lofts (2002), which sparked the district's renaissance, followed by Neo Vertika, Wind by Neo, and Pier 19 Residences & Marina. She is currently leading the reimagination of the Palmer Lake District with a 1,350-unit mixed-use waterfront community and recently partnered with the Rubell family and Lion Development on a three-phase Allapattah project beginning in 2027. Beyond development, she founded the Women in Real Estate Program, an immersive summer initiative introducing high school and college students—particularly young women—to careers in commercial real estate.
