Juan Pablo co-founded The LAB Miami, a key 10,000 sq. ft. innovation hub in the Wynwood Arts District that fosters technology and creative entrepreneurship. His work through PAG Law supports cross-border deals and venture capital, strengthening Miami's role as a gateway for Latin American business. He contributes to local ecosystems via advisory roles with the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation’s Miami Community Advisory Committee and the Pino Entrepreneurship Center at Florida International University.

Juan Pablo Cappello is a Duke University alumnus with a J.D. from New York University School of Law, admitted to practice in Florida and New York. His career highlights include serving as Principal Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Latin American Group and as Partner and Director at Patagon.com, sold to Banco Santander for $750 million. He co-founded Idea.me, Latin America's first crowdfunding platform, Urbita.com, a leading social travel site, and The LAB Miami, a 10,000 sq. ft. innovation hub in Wynwood. Deeply connected to Miami since Patagon.com's relocation there in 1999, he founded Private Advising Group (PAG Law), a Miami-based firm focused on M&A, corporate, and venture capital. Currently, he serves as Founding Partner at PAG Law with offices in Miami's Four Seasons Tower.
