In July 2021, Harris purchased a 9,100-square-foot Miami Beach mansion for $32 million. Through Harris Philanthropies and his wife Marjorie, he supports after-school sports programming that helps over 100,000 youth annually across the country. In 2022, he donated to mobile cancer clinics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Joshua Jordan Harris was born December 29, 1964, and is a co-founder of the private equity firm Apollo Global Management, which he left in 2022. He is the managing partner of the Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, and Washington Commanders, and holds stakes in Crystal Palace Football Club and Joe Gibbs Racing. Harris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Along with his wife Marjorie, he founded Harris Philanthropies, supporting youth development, sports programming, and community initiatives. Harris and his family reside in Miami with their five children.
