Jon Paul 'JP' Pérez, born in Miami in 1984, graduated with a BS in business administration from the University of Miami and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He began his career at The Related Companies in New York, managing over 900 units, capital raising, and distressed asset sales before joining Related Group in Miami in 2012 at his father Jorge Pérez's invitation amid the condo market revival. Since then, he has spearheaded expansions into Wynwood, Pompano Beach, and projects like Wynwood 25, Residences by Armani/Casa, Rivage Bal Harbour, and St. Regis Residences Bahia Mar. Currently serving as President and CEO, he oversees a pipeline of thousands of condos, rentals, and affordable units while advancing international developments in Mexico and Brazil. A Coconut Grove resident married to Michelle Toledo with a son and two stepdaughters, he remains deeply tied to his Miami roots.
