Jeffrey Rogers grew up outside Detroit, immersed in the car business through his father, a Cadillac executive, and began his 38-year career on the retail side. He managed dealerships under Don Massey Cadillac until 2002, then continued as GM under Sonic Automotive until 2007, when he relocated to South Florida for a GM role at Coral Cadillac in Pompano. In 2015, longtime colleague Mark Naszradi recruited him to Williamson Automotive in South Miami, where he assumed the GM position in June after Naszradi's departure. Rogers emphasizes minimal changes to the already acclaimed dealership, praising the Williamson family's 50-year legacy. His deep industry knowledge and leadership have sustained the dealership's national reputation.
