Jaret Turkell began his career practicing real estate and land-use law at a prominent global law firm in Miami before transitioning to brokerage. He spent 12 years at HFF as Managing Director in the Miami office, focusing on multifamily asset sales, land transactions, and raising joint venture equity for developments. In 2019, he joined Berkadia as Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales, working out of their Miami and Boca Raton offices to expand the firm's regional presence. Turkell holds a J.D. from Duke University and an LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami. He is a member of The Florida Bar and Urban Land Institute, and serves on the board of advisors for the University of Miami’s LL.M. program. His deep Miami roots and legal expertise inform his leadership in South Florida's commercial real estate market.
