Jamie DeRosa is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Miami who began his formal culinary training under James Beard Award-winning chef Allen Susser from 1996-1998. His career includes executive chef positions at prestigious restaurants including Wolfgang Puck's operations in Orlando, Mark Peel's Campanile in Los Angeles, and Michelin-starred Patina restaurant. He returned to South Florida where he partnered with Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian to open Tudor House Restaurant on South Beach, and later opened Tongue & Cheek. He founded Jamie DeRosa Co., a hospitality management and development company focused on restaurant development, training, and quality hospitality experiences.
