Originally from Colombia, Jairo Riveros is an international finance and consulting executive who has lived in the US, UK, and Canada before settling in Miami. He joined UK fintech Paysend in 2020 as CSO and Managing Director for North America and LATAM, later advancing to President for the Americas and Head of Strategy. Under his leadership, Paysend established its Americas regional hub in Miami in January, attracted by the city's Latino population, tech talent, and proximity to partners. He oversees strategic direction, team building, and innovation in payments. Riveros is recognized as a visionary in payments, insurance, pensions, and investments. Currently based in South Florida, he drives Paysend's growth in the region.
