Drew Jordan Rosenhaus was born October 29, 1966, in South Orange, New Jersey, and moved to Miami in 1970, where he developed a lifelong passion for the Miami Dolphins. He graduated from the University of Miami in 1987 and earned his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 1990. At age 22 in 1989, he became the youngest registered sports agent in the NFL, landing his first client, cornerback Robert Massey. He founded Rosenhaus Sports Representation (RSR) in Miami Beach with his brother Jason, and the agency has grown to become one of the largest in the NFL, representing high-profile players including Antonio Brown, Trent Brown, and Kwon Alexander. Rosenhaus has been ranked the 1 agent by the Sports Business Journal and is the only agent ever to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated.
