Dan Kodsi earned a BSBA in Real Estate Finance with a minor in Urban Planning and Architecture from the University of Miami and is a licensed general contractor. He founded and has served as CEO of Royal Palm Companies since 1991, growing it into a major force in real estate development, capital investment, and asset management. Kodsi also established Participant Capital in 2011 as the investment arm of Royal Palm, enabling individual investors to participate in ground-up projects. His career highlights include managing over $4.7 billion in assets and delivering 18 million square feet of developments, including mixed-use communities, hotels, and high-rises. Deeply connected to Miami through his education and decades of local projects, he remains actively involved in South Florida real estate. Currently, he leads Royal Palm Companies and Participant Capital while advancing projects like Legacy Hotel & Residences in Miami Worldcenter.
