About
Craig Robins founded Dacra in 1987 at age 24, becoming a key figure in Miami's real estate landscape. He played a pivotal role in revitalizing South Beach in the late 1980s and 1990s by restoring Art Deco landmarks and developing commercial and cultural spaces on Lincoln Road and Española Way. Robins transformed the once-abandoned Miami Design District starting around 2000 into a global hub for fashion, design, art, and culture, partnering with L Catterton through Miami Design District Associates. In 2005, he co-founded Design Miami, serving as its Chairman, which has become the premier global forum for collectible design. As CEO and President of Dacra, he continues to focus on creative communities integrating art, design, and architecture. He is also an early-stage investor in digital-first brands and technologies.
