Ana-Marie Codina Barlick is the Chief Executive Officer of Codina Partners, a real estate investment and development firm she co-founded in 2009 with her father, Armando Codina, focusing on innovative, sustainable projects in South Florida. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. from Trinity College, and previously worked at commercial real estate firms before launching Codina Partners. Under her leadership, the company master-planned and developed Downtown Doral, a 250-acre mixed-use urban center featuring over 5,000 residential units, retail and commercial spaces, schools, city hall, a public park, a medical center, and cultural arts center. A civic leader, she serves on the Knight Foundation Board of Directors, founded the chairs of Downtown Doral Charter School boards, co-chairs Partnership for Miami, and was past president of the Miami City Ballet Board of Trustees, where she also acted as vice chairman. In 2021, she joined the Henry Crown Fellows Class at the Aspen Institute for her entrepreneurial and social impact work. She resides in Coral Gables with her husband, Robert Barlick Jr., and their three children.
