About
Allan Drummond studied illustration at the Royal College of Art under tutors including Quentin Blake and Sheila Robinson, and graphic design at London College of Printing. Before his art career, he worked as a reporter and sub-editor for the East Anglian Daily Times. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in Illustration at Anglia Ruskin University and previously served as Chair of Illustration at Savannah College of Art and Design. His work has been published by major publishers including Farrar Straus and Giroux, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Penguin Books, and Orchard Books. He has created designs for London Underground stations and Royal Mail postage stamps, and his clients include The New Yorker magazine, Time Magazine, and The Daily Telegraph.
