Adam Simon began his career with the Miami Heat as a Video Coordinator Intern in 1995-1996, quickly advancing through roles including Basketball Operations Intern, Assistant, Scouting Coordinator, Scout, Director of Scouting, Director of Player Personnel, and Assistant General Manager starting in 2013-2014. He served as General Manager of Basketball Operations for the Heat's G League affiliate, Sioux Falls Skyforce, from 2013-2014 to 2018-2019, earning G League Executive of the Year honors. Promoted to Vice President of Player Personnel in 2018-2019 and then Vice President of Basketball Operations since 2019-2020, his deep Miami Heat connection spans nearly three decades of loyalty and internal promotions. Currently, he plays a pivotal role in basketball operations, including strategic contract management and roster building for the franchise.
