Tom Garfinkel has a extensive background in sports management, including roles as President and CEO of the San Diego Padres, COO of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and executive VP at Chip Ganassi Racing in NASCAR, IndyCar, and Grand-Am. Prior to sports, he held sales, marketing, and branding leadership positions at Miller Brewing Company and Texaco. Hired in 2013 as President and CEO of the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, he orchestrated a $550 million private renovation, sold over $600 million in suites and sponsorships, and secured naming rights to Hard Rock Stadium. His Miami connection is deepened by residing in Coral Gables with his wife Allison and three sons. Currently, he is Vice Chairman, President, and CEO of the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, plus Managing Partner of the F1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
