Conexión con Miami
As the son of Rosa and Carlos de la Cruz, key figures in Miami's art scene with their influential de la Cruz Collection in Wynwood, Alberto continues the family legacy of Cuban exile patronage in South Florida's cultural landscape. The collection's prominence elevates Miami's status as a hub for Latin American contemporary art. His business ventures through CC1 Companies tie into Florida operations via Florida Caribbean Distillers, bolstering economic links between South Florida and the Caribbean.
